The offers against the enquiry shall be submitted in two parts. The first part called Techno- ‘commercial bid ie. Part - A shall be un-priced and will be submitted in ine with Annexure | to IX. The second part called Price-Bid ie. Part-B shall be submitted in the format given in Annexure-X. 2. The vendors shall submit Part-A and Part-B of their bids in two different sealed envelopes duly super-scrising Enquiry No. and Part No. ofthe bid. The requirement is tentative and may vary depending upon BHEL order booking positon and our production requirement. Validity of Rate Contract - Quoted! setied rate shall be valid for ordering up to 24 months from the date of ‘award of rte contract leter and 27 months for supplies, The rate contract may be extended for 3 months on salisfactory performance by vendors, subject fo mutual consent. Order wil be placed on vendor against this RIC as and when the requirement comes.
