Sub. RS/LR plot mapping — addressing of error regarding.

e-Bhuchitra/Bhuchitra application software has been rolled out in all BL&LRO offices the state

and integration between the BL&LRO office and ADSR office is also being implemented. You are perhaps

aware that property registration is still being done based on RS plots, as a result of which mapping

between RS and LR plot is of utmost importance.

Now it has been decided that the ADSR will forward a request through e-mail/physically to the

BL&LRO if any LR plot is not found on input of RS plot or vice versa while executing the registration

process.

To proactively address the issue it is mandatory on the part of the BL&LRO to reply to such

request after taking necessary action to the concerned ADSR within 24 hours of receipt of the same. You

are therefore requested to direct all BL&LROs under your control to ensure that the time line is adhered

without fail.
