Cari is committed to designing instruction and creating activities in her lesson plans that help each student succeed. She has created a safe space in her classroom
and her positive disposition showed that she cares about each and every student. I really liked the way Cari reviewed expectations right at the beginning of the
lesson.

Cari illustrated that she cares about the needs of each and every student. Next time I watch Robin, she is going to work on her formative questioning techniques. For
example, instead of saying "do you understand" she will ask for examples of understanding.

Cari is dedicated to being professional and doing well as a student teacher. I can tell she holds very high expectations of herself. When we debriefed, with her
mentor teaching, her mentor shared that she is very happy with her hard work, growth and professionalism. And as we debriefed, Cari was open to ideas and
willing to try new strategies to meet the needs of her students.
