LOAN AGREEMENT

This Agreement is executed by and between:

FERDINAND UY AND ROWENA UY, both of legal age, Filipino married and a
resident of Santiago, Isabela, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as CREDITORS; and
JOSEFINA ONGCUANGCO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Kapt.
Pepe Subd. Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija Philippines, hereinafter referred to as DEBTOR;

WITHNESSESTH:

That the DEBTOR offers to borrow a sum of money in the amount of FIFTY
MILLION PESOS (₱50,000,000) from the CREDITORS and the latter agrees to lend the said
sum of money to the former;
That the herein parties hereby agree to enter into a Loan Agreement under the
following terms and conditions:

1. That the listed parcels of land registered under the name of the DEBTOR, which
are particularly described below, shall be used as a security for the contract of
loan herein entered into:

2. That the DEBTOR shall issue TWELVE (12) POST- DATED CHECKS to cover for
ONE (1) Year for interest payments of 6% per year and one for the principal amount.

3. That the DEBTOR will have the priority of finding potential buyers of said properties
and will be able to pay the full amount of loan in the event of actual sale.

4. That the DEBTOR will have the priority of finding potential buyers of said properties and
