The above mutual transfer is ordered subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The above transfer is subject to the condition that there are no DAR/SPE/Vig cases pending against them on the date
of their relief.

2. The employees will take their seniority in the new seniority unit to which they are transferred as per extant orders
applicable to mutual transfer (ie) they will retain their own seniority or take the seniority of the employee with whom they
have exchanged, whichever of the two is lower.

3. They will not seek re-transfer to their parent unit / Division at a later date.

4. As the transfer is ordered at their own request, they are not eligible for any Privileges on transfer account.

5. They should vacate the Rly. Qrs., if any, in occupation as per the extant orders.

6. They will retain their lien in their parent cadre till they are permanently absorbed in the new seniority unit to which they
are posted.

7. A declaration accepting the above conditions should be obtained from the employees before they are relieved on
transfer and a copy therefore to this division for record.

8. As per RBE.65/2018 dated 09.05.18, both the employees should be spared immediately within a week, without waiting
for reliever.

9. The relieving memorandum / order sparing the employee should have the photograph of the employees pasted on it
duly attested in the manner viz., the rubber stamp should clearly indicate the name and designation of the supervisor /
officer. The memorandum / order should also have the signature of the transferred employee and his left thumb
impression both of which should be duly attested by the officer signing the memorandum / order with his name and
designation appearing below the signature as stipulated in Rly. Bd’slr.No.E(NG0-I-2001/TR-16 dtd:2.11.2001 (RBE
No.229/2001)

Their date of relief / joining duty of the above named employees may be advised to all concerned.

This has the approval of Competent Authority viz., DRM/TPJ.
