Think of the different

feelings you have at this

moment. Take a sheet of

paper and divide it in half.

On the left side, write

down all the feelings you

feel in the moment and

assign a color for each.

THE SECOND STEP EXAMPLE:

Now, on the right side of

the same paper, you are

going to make a feelings

wheel and you will divide

the wheel according to how

much you feel for each

feeling you’ve written down

today.

THE THIRD STEP EXAMPLE:

Divide the wheel according to

“percentages” or the size of each

feeling you are experiencing at the

moment. Then, elaborate on the

feelings that you have identified

or explain what the feelings mean

for you. Why do you feel that

way? and what did you do when

you feel that way?
