PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST CONTEST GUIDELINES 1. The contest is open to anyone residing in Singapore . 2. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted, however, each participant is eligible to win only ONE prizes. 3. Images should reflect the theme of the contest. The photographer however is free to interpret the theme in his own creative way. 4. All images are to be taken within Bukit Batok East Constituency. 5. Composite photographs, multiple exposures, and images manipulated electronically that distort the reality of the image will be disqualified. Adjustments of contrast, saturation or levels are acceptable. 6. Images must be in JPEG format and at least 3000 pixels on the long side with minimal compression (approximately 6 megapixel resolution or file size of around 2MB). 7. Images are to be submitted online at : bbenmc@yahoo.com 8. Closing date is 31 July 2011 1200 hrs. 9. Alternatively, the images can also be submitted in a CD-ROM, together with the contributors name , address and contract number cleaning indicated with the CD by 31 July 2011 to the following address : Bukit Batok East , My Home Photography Contest c/o Bukit Batok East Community Club 23 Bukit Batok East Avenue 4 Singapore 659841 10. Participants must own the sole copyright of the images submitted. Otherwise the Organiser reserves the right for disqualification. 11. Contest entries will be judged based on adherence to theme, composition, and creativity.

12. The Organiser regret that all photos and CD-Rom would not be returned once submitted and reserves the right to use, distribute, reproduce, modify and display the entry for any purposes without payment of any fee to the contributor. 13. All entries shall remain as a property of the organiser. 14. Winner will be notified by post or via email and will be invited to collect the prizes at one of our events. ( 1st Prize: $150 , 2nd Prizes:$100 and 3rd Prizes: $50) 15. The Organiser will not be responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or mislaid submissions 16. The Organiser will NOT be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur in connection with the contest. 17. The Judges decisions are Final. No correspondence will be entertained. 18. Submission of entries implies the acceptance of the contests rules and regulations.
