Some people commit crime online by selling their weapon to another people. For example An american guy sell weapon in thailand and he use internaet. And
thai police can not arrested him because there is not enough evidence except make something wrong infront of the police. In this case thai police can arrested him.

He just stay with his family and no one can see his weapon therefore no one can arrested him.
Some country like mexico famous for domestic drug smuggling, that american guy only communicated with his email.

You may buy line sticker or a coin but you have to transfer your money. This is a kind of transaction that you can avoid the tax.
In order to arrested him only if he making something wrong infront of police then they do arrested him after they research his habbit for long time
They notice amount of online he activate his account and they also observe that he open his light. Then they drive the car to crash the car into his house.
