1st VIRTUAL ORIENTATION (MINUTES OF THE MEETING)

The parents/guardians filled out the attendance form thru Google Forms.

Meeting started with a doxology at 10:20 in the morning by an Audio-Visual Presentation
(AVP).
The Adviser gave a few information about herself. Afterwards, she gave the agenda of the
meeting. Herewith:
1. Class Reminders
2. Grading System
3. Election of HRPTA Officers
Under CLASS REMINDERS:
1. She informed the parents/guardians the schedule of releasing and retrieval of SLMs.
2. To come to school on the said schedule of releasing and retrieval (date and time).
3. To bring their own pen, and 2 long transparent plastic envelopes.
4. To answer only the parts LET’S TRY, SUBUKIN NATIN, NALALAMAN KO, and
PROBA.
5. To write only the answers with the pupils’ name, grade, section, and subject either on a
notebook or paper.
6. To remind them not to write the answers on the SLMs.
7. To always follow the health protocols when entering the school premises.
Under GRADING SYSTEM, she presented the Grading System of every subject, and the bases
under Written Works and Performance Tasks.
Open forum followed afterwards, wherein parents/guardians gave their queries and concerns
regarding on the agendum discussed.
After the open forum, the election of HRPTA Officers follow. Finally, the meeting ended with a
photo off.
The meeting ended at 11:30 in the morning.
