1. Wearing of mask is mandatory for all candidates. Candidiates
without mask will not be allowed entry into the venue
2. Candidates however will have to remove the mask for
verification, whenever required by the Examination functionaries.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES ಅಭಗೆ ಸೂಚೆಗಳ

3. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the examination
ONLY after their credentials are verified and found correct by
the centre officials.
4. Candidates will be subjected to frisking to ensure that you are
not carrying any electronic or any other gadgets, mobile/cellular
phone, tablets, pen drives, Bluetooth devices, watch, calculator,
log tables, wallet, purse, notes, charts, loose sheets, etc. or
recording instruments strapped on your body or in your
pockets.
5. There may not be a guaranteed security facility for safe-keeping
of your valuable devices or personal belongings outside the
examination hall.
6. Candidates will be allowed inside the test centre from 8.30 AM
onwards for the first session, 12.30 PM for the second session.
7. The test centre gate will be closed at 9.30 AM onwards for the
first session and 1.30 PM for the second session . NO CANDIDATE
WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE TEST CENTRE AFTER THE GATE IS CLOSED.
8. Candidates can login and start reading the necessary
instructions 10 minutes before the start of the examination.
9. The total duration of the examination is 120 minutes for the two
sessions. Question papers will be available in both Kannada and
English languages.
10. Candidates shall not leave the examination hall before the
completion of exam duration.
11. Rough sheet will be provided in the examination hall by the
invigilator.
12. Candidate should ONLY carry his/her hall ticket, Pen / Pencil and
valid identification card(s) inside the test centre and NO other
belongings will be allowed strictly.
13. Candidates are strictly advised to preserve this admission ticket
carefully and should compulsorily produce the same during
document verification process.
14. You should ascertain exact location of the venue well in
advance i,e before the day of the examination.
15. Candidates must declare under signatures that they do not
have the COVID symptoms. Declaration is provided along with
this Hall Ticket. Show the same to the security Guard at the
entry into the exam venue.
16. Mapping of Candidate Roll No and the Lab Number will NOT be
displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be
provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of
the candidate to the exam venue.
17. At registration desk, temperature of the candidate will be
checked and the candidate will be directed to sanitize his/her
hands using provided sanitizer.
NOTE :- Please read the instruction detailed in the
Notification.

ಅಥಾ ಇತೆ ವಸುಗಳನು, ೈ್/ ೆಲೂಾ ೕ್, ಟಾಬೆಟ್, ೆ್
ಡೈ್, ಬೂ ಟೂ್ ೈ್, ಗಾರ, ಕಾಲುೇಟ, ಾ್ ೇಬಲ್,
ೈೕಲ, ಪ್, ಪಸಕಗಳ, ಾ್ ಗಳ,  ಾೆಗಳ, ಇತಾ ಅಥಾ
ೆಾಂ್ ವಸುಗಳನು ಅವರ ೖಯ ಲಗೊಂಲರುವ ಬಗೆ
ಮತು ೇನ ಇೊಂರುವ ಬಗೆ ಪೕಲೆೆ ಒಳಪಸಾಗುವದು.

6. ಅಭಗಳ ಗುರುನ ಪೕಲೆೆ ಒಂದೇ ಅೇಶನಕೆ 8.30 ಗಂೆೆ,
ಎರಡೇ ಅೇಶನಕೆ 12.30 ಗಂೆೆ ಅವರ ಪೕಾ ೇಂದೊಳೆ
ಪೇಸಲು ಅನುಮಸಾಗುವದು.
7. ಒಂದೇ ಅೇಶನಕೆ 9.30 ಗಂೆೆ, ಎರಡೇ ಅೇಶನಕೆ 1.30 ಗಂೆೆ
ಪೕಾ ೇಂದದ ಾಲನು ಮುಚಾಗುವದು. ಾಲು ಮುದ ನಂತರ
ಾವೇ ಅಭಯನು ಪೕಾ ೇಂದೊಳೆ ಪೇಸಲು
ಅನುಮಸಾಗುವಲ.
8. ಪೕೆ ಪಾರಂಭಾಗುವ 10 ಷಗಳ ದಲು ಅಭಗಳ ಾ್ ಆ
ೕರುವ ಸೂಚೆಗಳನು ಓೊಳಬಹುದು.
9. ಎಲಾ ಅೇಶನದ ಪೕೆಗಳ 120 ಷಗಳ ಾಾವಯದಾರುತೆ.
ಪಶೆಪೆಗಳ ಕನಡ ಮತು ಆಂಗ ಾೆಗಳ ಇರುತೆ.
10. ಪೕೆಯ ಅವ ಅಂತಾಗುವವೆಗೂ ಅಭಗಳನು ಪೕಾ
ೊಠಂದ ೊರ ೋಗಲು ಅನುಮಸುವಲ.
11. ಪೕಾ ೊಠಯ ೕಾರಕರು Rough Sheet ಅನು ೕಡುವರು.
12. ಅಭಗಳ ಅವನ/ಅವಳ ಪೇಶ ಪತ/ೆ್/ೆ್, ಅಕೃತ ಗುರುನ
ೕಿಗಳನು ಾತ ಪೕಾ ೇಂದಕೆ ೊಂೊಯುವದು. ಇತೆ ಾವೇ
ವಸುಗಳನು ತರಲು ಅವಾಶರುವಲ.
13. ಅಭಗಳ ಈ ಪೇಶ ಪತವನು ೋಾನಾ ತಮೊಡೆ ಇಟುೊಂಡು
ಾಖೆಗಳ ಪೕಲಾ ಸಮಯದ ತಪೇ ಾಜರುಪಸುವದು.
14. ಪೕಾ ೇಂದ ಇರುವ ಸಳವನು ಪೕೆಯ ಮುಂತಾ
ೋೊಳುವದು.
15. ಅಭಗಳ ೋ್ ೋಗಲಣಗಳನು ೊಂಲ ಎಂದು ಸಂೆ
ೕಸೇಕು. ಾ್ ಿೆ್ ೊೆೆ ೕಷಾ ಪತ (Declaration)
ಒದಸಾೆ. ಪೕಾ ಸಳಕೆ ಪೇಸುಾಗ ಅದನು ಭದಾ ಬಂೆ
ೋಸೇಕು.
16. ಪೕಾ ಸಳದ ೊರೆ ‘ಅಭಯ ‘ ೋ್ ಸಂಖೆ ಮತು ಲಾ್ ಸಂಖೆ’
ಯನು ಪದಸಾಗುವಲ. ಆದೆ ಪೕಾ ಸಳಕೆ ಅಭಯು
ಪೇಸುವ ಸಮಯದ ಅಭಗೆ ಪತೇಕಾ ಒದಸಾಗುತೆ.
