THE BOOK IMAGE SMALL SUMMARY:

In a series of concise and entertaining

vignettes, Aesop created a vibrant cast of
characters to show different aspects of
humanity. Here we see a cunning fox
betrayed by a compassionate cicada, a
turtle that confidently overcomes a rabbit,
and a narrator named Aesop who silences
those who mock him. Each jewel-like
parable warns of the consequences of
cheating and gives a glimpse into the
everyday life of the ancient Greeks.
MY PERSONAL OPINION ON THIS BOOK

This is an astonishing yet captivating book to me. It contains

fictional stories with meaningful life lessons. I recommend the
book.
