consolidation, cavity, mass lesion or interstitial thickening is seen on either side. No obvious bronchiectasis is

Degenerative changes are seen in the visualized spine. Note is made of fusion of mid 4th- 5th ribs on right
side with inward buckling causing indentation with slight atelectatic changes in the underlying right upper-
middle lobes
