Thank you for your communication in response to our request. Here, is our original request:
Provide a summary of all SFPUC Community Benefits expenditures that make up the $34,200,00.00
cited by the BLA, including the date, amount, name of the entity making payment, and the name
of the entity or person to whom payment was made; explanation for the funding; report on proposed
and actual outcomes of the payment; a copy of the management agreement or proposal memorializing
such payments; and an indication of whether a payment that was made at the discretion of the contractor
or request of SFPUC staff in the absence of written agreement; and
Provide the SSIP Joint Venture Board Management Agreement and any amendments or changes made,
as well as all external (such as joint venture boards and third party boards) meeting minutes or records
in connection with any expenditures or “pass throughs” to other entities.
With respect to our request for a summary of the $34 million cited by the BLA, Yes, we would appreciate a breakdown of the
value to date including the firms/organizations & individuals receiving and providing the value but respectfully still request the
date(s) of each transaction and the balance of the original request as follows:
...explanation for the funding; report on proposed and actual outcomes of the payment; a copy of
the management agreement or proposal memorializing such payments; and an indication of whether
a payment that was made at the discretion of the contractor or request of SFPUC staff in the absence
of written agreement
With respect to the request for “management agreements and proposals,” we appreciate and will accept the Agency’s offer
to provide copies of the final agreements and additionally request any individual consulting agreements authorized pursuant
to the Management Agreement, any amendments thereto, or Board action.
