The outer front parking aid senders can be removed and installed
without the need to remove the bumper cover.
– Detach front section of wheel housing liner; do not remove
wheel housing liner completely ⇒ General body repairs, ex‐
terior; Rep. gr. 66 ; Wheel housing liner; Removing and
installing front wheel housing liner .
– Press both locking lugs in direction of arrow -A- and, at same
time, press in sender -1- from outside in.
– Release and separate electrical connector -2-.
Inner senders
– All vehicles apart from R-Line: Release cover -2- for parking
aid sender at rear ends in direction of -arrow-.
– All vehicles apart from R-Line: Pull off cover -2- forwards from
parking aid sender -1-.
