(a) Before Journey Date - 15%, (b) 2 Hours before Departure of bus on journey date-25% (c) Less than 2 hours before departure of bus - 50% and (d) Less than 1 hour before departure of bus Cancellation Not Permitted. (e) No Refund after departure. ii. E-Ticket Should be cancelled only through the website www.abtxtravels.com. No cancellation is permittedat booking/Agent counter for E-Tickets. iii. Refund against cancellation would be refunded back electronically to the account used for booking. iv. Refund amount shall appear in your account within three working days. You are requested to check with credit card issuing banks. We regret the delay if any, in crediting back the refunds. 14.
