A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

(DepEd), THRU MR. REYNALDO B. MELLORIDA, CESO V, SCHOOLS DIVISION
SUPERINTENDENT, TO KINDLY ALLOW THE ERNESTO D. VIOLAN NATIONAL
HIGH SCHOOL, BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, THIS MUNICIPALITY, TO UTILIZE THE
ONE (1) HECTARE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE SCHOOL SITE OF ERNESTO D.
VIOLAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, THIS MUNICIPALITY.

WHEREAS, the existing school site of Ernesto D. Violan Elementary School,

Brgy. San Isidro, this municipality, has two (2) hectares embraced with Land Title No.
40424;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Hadji Bonso S. Barabag, jointly seconded by

Hon. Cenen A. Angsinco, Hon. Kent L. Evangelista, Hon. Reden P. Dacquiado and
Hon. Reynaldo P. Suriba, it was…

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to earnestly request the Department of

Education (DepEd), thru Mr. Reynaldo B. Mellorida, CESO V, Schools Division
Superintendent, to kindly allow the Ernesto D. Violan National High School, Barangay
San Isidro, this municipality, to utilize the one (1) hectare parcel of land of the school
site of Ernesto D. Violan Elementary School, Brgy. San Isidro, this municipality;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Department of

Education (DepEd), thru Mr. Reynaldo B. Mellorida, CESO V, Schools Division
Superintendent, Schools Division Office, Dahican, City of Mati; Ms. Julieta I.
Sumalinog, District Supervisor, Lupon East District, Brgy. Macangao, this municipality;
the Barangay Council of San Isidro, this municipality, thru Punong Barangay Anita L.
Quinte; and all concerned for their information, guidance and appropriate action.
