DEED OF DONATION

(INTER VIVOS)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION made and executed by

SPOUSES CHITO COMIA MAGBOO and RHEA CRISELDA PALOMO

MAGBOO, Filipinos, both of legal age, and residing at 20 New Delhi St. BF
International Las Piñas City, hereinafter called the DONORS;

-in favor of-

CHERITO COMIA MAGBOO and IRNIELYN GARCIA PANOPIO-

MAGBOO, Filipinos, both of legal age, and residing at Blk 1 Lot 10 Centerville
Subdivision Talon Tres Las Piñas City, hereinafter called the DONEE.

WITNESSETH

That the DONORS are the registered owner of a parcel with improvements situated in the
Barangay of Talon Tres, Municipality of Las Piñas City, NCR, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
T-96591- with an area SEVENTY-SEVEN (77) SQUARE METERS, more or less, which more particularly
described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which is the DONORS have for the
DONEE, CHERITO COMIA MAGBOO and IRNIELYN GARCIA PANOPIO-MAGBOO, said
DONORS by these presents transfer and convey, by way of DONATION unto the said DONEE, here
assigns and successors to interest, the above-described property free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the DONORS, CHITO COMIA MAGBOO and RHEA CRISELDA PALOMO
MAGBOO do hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation, that they have reserved
for themselves in full ownership sufficient property to support themselves in a manner appropriate for their
needs;

That the DONEE, CHERITO COMIA MAGBOO and IRNIELYN GARCIA PANOPIO-
MAGBOO, hereby accepts this donation of the above-described real property, and does hereby express
their gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONORS.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONORS and the DONEE have hereunto set their hands this ____day
