DEBT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

This DEBT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into on July ,2022, by and between Ronald
Allan B. Caballes of Barangay Naga-Naga, Palo, Leyte 6501 (Lender) and Joey A. Go of San Jose Tacloban
City, Leyte 6500 (Borrower). Individually, each shall be referred to as the “Party” and collectively as the
“Parties”

WHEREAS the Borrower, who has an outstanding debt to the Lender, intends to settle such debt in
staggard payment for three (3) months to the lender who was negotiated with by the former party on
such debt settlement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in light of all the premises, acknowledgments, and mutual promises set forth, and for
all other good and valuable consideration, the Lender and the Borrower hereby agree as follows:

Terms and Conditions

 DEBT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Borrower acknowledges that it has a current outstanding debt to the Lender of Two Hundred
Thousand Pesos (₱ 200,000.00) {“Debt”}. The Borrower further agrees that it is indebted to the
Lender in the full amount of such debt.

 DEBT SETTLEMENT AMOUNT.

Both Parties agree that the Lender shall accept a Ten Percent (10%) Interest payment from the full
amount of such debt in the amount of twenty thousand pesos ( ₱20,000.00).

 MUTUAL RELEASE.

` Once the Lender receives and the Borrower gains subsequent clearance on the agreed payment for the
Settlement amount and Debt, all the Parties shall release each other from any further claim or liability.

 ESSENCE OF TIME.

The borrower shall settle the outstanding debt of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 200,000.00) and the
Ten Percent (10%) Settlement Amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱ 20,000.00) to the Lender in
staggered payment for Three (3) Months.

 AGREEMENT OF COMPROMISE DEBT

I, JOEY A. GO, hereby agree that the debt of Ronald Allan B. Caballes amounting Two Hundred Thousand
Pesos (₱ 200.000.00) with an interest of Ten Percent (10%) to Mrs. Rosita Guerero. With willingness, I hereby
assume Mr. Ronald Allan’s debt to Mrs. Guerero because I owe Mr. Ronald Allan B. Caballes of Two Hundred
Thousand Pesos (₱ 200.000.00) worth of Construction Materials. This shall be payable within Three (3)
Months.

I, hereby, agree that the ORCR and DEED OF SALE OF PROPERTY TAX as my collateral of my debt
amounting Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 200.000.00) with an interest of Ten Percent (10%) amounting
Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱ 20.000.00).

Individually, each shall be referred to as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”

WHEREAS the Borrower, who has an outstanding debt to the Lender, intends to settle such debt in

such debt settlement.
