- Objective: To prepare the necessary documentation and reports using the
prescribed forms thru:
a. taking photos and or video footages of activities, especially the improvements
done on the school (before, during, and after photos);
b. keeping and maintaining records and pertinent papers and documents like:
b.1. daily report on donations received; and
b.2. daily attendance of volunteers
c. summarizing and consolidating the different BE forms as basis for drafting the
Brigada Eskwela school accomplishment report.
