SUBJECT: Reiteration in the Posting of Updated BFP’s Vision, Mission, Quality

Policy (QP) and Quality Objectives (QO)

1. References:
a. Memorandum signed by SSUPT MANUEL G GOLINO, Director for
Fire Safety and Enforcement dated 23 August 2022 re above
mentioned subject; and
b. Memorandum signed by CSUPT NAHUM B TARROZA, Acting
Director for Plans/Quality Management System Representative
(QMR).

2. The ISO 9001:2015 QMS requires an organization the demonstration of its

commitment with respect to quality management system. Commitment shall be
demonstrated among others by promoting continual improvement; and ensuring that the
quality policy and quality objectives are established for the quality management system,
compatible with the context and strategic direction of the organization, and shall be
communicated, understood and applied within the organization.

3. In this regard, you are hereby directed to post the updated Quality Policy,
Quality Objectives as well as the BFP’s Vision and Mission at the conspicuous areas –
noticeable by our clients/customers/visitors.

4. Submit an After Activity Report in soft copy thru this email
