Team Exercise-Situational Analysis

Product: Broncos Season Pass Tickets

1. Situation Analysis:

Some of the political factors that have affected the Broncos Season Pass Tickets is the

quarantining during Covid-19. During Covid less people were going to sports games, which

would greatly affect the ticket sales for the Broncos games. The sales would drastically decrease

due to sudden government regulations surrounding public events. However after quarantine and

Covid the ticket sales would increase and return to normal. Some social factors that could affect

the sale of the Broncos Season Pass Tickets would be the players and hype surrounding them.

For example, Russel Wilson joining the Broncos would increase the sale of the season pass

tickets. This is because Russel Wilson is an amazing football player with a lot of hype, which

would increase sales, because more people want to see him.

2. Create Two Marketing Objectives:

We would like to see this product in high demand in order to raise the price next year. We

want this product to be a fun way for families or sports fans to enjoy seeing the Denver Broncos

season round. This product should be fun for everyone and a special gift that brings joy to the

fans. This product is more designed for sports fans. However, anyone can purchase this product

and have a good time going to the games.

3. Evaluation and Control:

To keep track of how well the marketing is going, attendance of each Broncos game after

the sale begins will be tracked to see how much it starts to go up by. Purchases made during the

game could also be used to track who is coming to every game by using season tickets, or who is

just coming for one game. The amount of season ticket passes sold could also be tracked to see

how well the promotion is working. The sales director of the Broncos would likely be monitoring

these things as well as running the promotions, and they would probably report these things after

each game to see their weekly progress and income. The managers and owners of the Broncos

would want to know these things so they can make decisions based on their performance, the

information would probably be delivered through email, or in a meeting with the economic

advisers and other high positions in the Broncos.
