the floor to talk freely, so please tell me in your own words why you have left your country. Be as
precise as possible, use names when you talk about persons.
IC: I seek international protection because of my family. My father is a wealthy man, three wives and
13 children, my mother is the first wife to my dad and I am the first child to my family. My father
become sick, I am the only one to take him to the hospital, after taking him to the hospital, they
released me from the hospital from this charge. My stepmother and my stepsiblings are fighting me
during that process, so I lost my dad, but before his death he gave all his properties to me, and at
that process my step mother and my step siblings were fighting me for these properties, and during
that process my mother died. After my mother’s death, if I still stay in this country they will kill me, I
sold the properties, if I go back to my country they will kill me.

CO: Before you told me that your father was a wealthy man: what was his position?
IC: He was a farman

CO: When did these events take place?

IC: My father died in 2020, so it was in 2020, but I don’t remember when

CO: Were you living together, you and the other stepmothers and steprelatives?
IC: We were neighbours

CO: Could you please tell me how did they threat you?
IC: They told me that if I didn’t give them the properties, they would have killed me

CO: In which way did they tell you these things?

IC: Several times they told me that

CO: Could you please describe me how often these threats took place and some of them?
IC: They told me they are going to kill me everyday, everyday.
CO: Could you please tell me the reason why you were afraid of their threats?
IC: They make some black magic on you, you become cold and then you die. I believe in this black

magic.

CO: How come that have you not reported them to the police?
IC: I just decided by myself to go away from my country

CO: Do you think that the police would have been helpful in this situation?
IC: I think they would have helped me, but I decided not to go there

CO: If the police could have been helpful, how come that you haven’t looked for their help?
IC: When you go to the police, they help you, they call the parties and they make them talk. But
when the police turns its back, they start again
