Key Partners

 We will be renting bicycles from the general public. So those individuals who will be
renting us are our key partner.
 We will rent parking spots of in front shops, to enable accessibility of the users and
use it as out station. So, the parking spot owners will be our key partner. We can also
have a collaboration with ParkingKoi.
 In the long run, we will try to rent out spaces in residential buildings, for easy access
of users in residential areas.

Key Activities

 We will be providing a bike rental service – uber for bicycles. We will be buying some
bicycles and also rent bicycles from bike owners, who do not use their bicycles
frequently. We will set different stations in a certain area. Our users can ride our
bicycle from one station to another, and in exchange they would need to pay us a
fee based on the distance travelled and the time taken to travel that distance.
