Mundur, saat dilakukan Download Product Status Report ditemukan beberapa Logged Code
Secara Electrical System yang Menyebabkan Problem tersebut :
• Steering Control Position Sensor 1 Voltage Below Normal
• Steering Control Position Sensor 2 Voltage Below Normal
• Parking Brake Solenoid Current Below Normal
• Brake Pressure Modulation Solenoid Current Below Normal
• Service Brake Pedal Position Sensor Voltage Below Normal

Dari Data Tersebut Menyebabkan Machine Mengalami Problem :

• Steering Machine Tidak Berfungsi
• Parking Brake Tidak Bisa di Realease

Berikut ini Hasil Test yang dilakukan Terhadap Komponen tersebut .

Steering Position Sensor Rusak pada ET Tool Signal Steering Position Sensor Tidak Bisa
terbaca Voltage Below Normal terbaca saat Steering digerakan

Berdasarkan hasil investigasi terhadap Problem tersebut maka direkomendasikan untuk

dilakukan Penggantian Komponen sebagai Berikut :
• Penggantian Control Steering karena mengalami Keausan
• Penggantian Steering Position Sensor
• Penggantian Service Brake Position Sensor
• Penggantian Solenoid Parking Brake
• Penggantian Solenoid Service Brake
• Reseal Brake Control Valve

Kebutuhan Parts untuk pekerjaan tersebut terlampir dalam Parts List
