Nowadays it is known that the number of young people with health problems is increasing due to the pandemic.

To begin with, stress arises, due to the fact that they only stay at home without going out or taking a walk. They should be in constant exercise. They

shouldn't be lying around for long periods of time.

For people who have anxiety, they should go to sleep early, then get up early to do household things. They should take a pill. They should keep a

regular daily schedule. On the other hand, gastritis exists because there is an imbalance in the person's regular diet. So, they shouldn't drink coffee.

They should have an exact schedule for meals and shouldn't consume anything in excess.

In conclusion, to control health problems in young people. They should stop drinking alcoholic beverages, sleep interruption. They should have a regular

diet between fats and healthy ones.
