Steam & Power:
• TG-701A/B slip rings cleaned. Maximum temperature of 56/58°C observed during shift.
• 15-PIC-8V is 35% open.
• GT-703 pre filter sheets replacement required.
• E-352 ∆P is ~0.83Kg/cm2.
• ME-1501B taken in service and ME-1501A isolated, MS please follow for filter element replacement. [for info: last
change over 26-07-2022]
• GT-703 electrostatic filter failure alarm appeared in E/S at 2000 hrs, informed to electrical and will be checked
tomorrow. M/S please follow.

Off-Site:
• Clarifier makeup is on well water.
• Waste water disposal is towards E-pond.
Follow Ups:
• MP-1651B discharge pipe replaced. M/S please follow for its pump fitting.
• Tube well # 36 will be removed on Monday for motor tripping fault checking / rectification.
• Lime slacker body leakage rectification.
• Tube # 03 reset and started but it is taking 31.5amp current (32 amp tripping) and is tripping after starting.
• Tube well no. 01N & 02 panel’s hinges are damaged, Communicated to electrical.
• Ferrous Sulphate dosing pumps suction strainers required.
• Chemical transfer pump leakage rectification required.
• Lights TP-800D and CP system cabin fused rods replacement required.
• P-925A NRV passing problem.
• P-952A/B fused lighting rectification required.
• Bromine pump checking required against low flow.
• P-920A gland tightening required against heavy leakage.
GCF:
• EK-1501 A/B/C/D, EK-1521A/B and EK-1531A/B/C/D are in service.
