followed when installing this equipment.

The Display FHX40 is suitable for areas subject to explosion caused by gases. or CLASS I, Zone 2, IIC
Permissible ambient temperature: –40 °C to +75 °C. HAZARDOUS LOCATION INSTALLATION
1. Display FHX40 and cable are nonincendive when connected to FM
approved Endress+Hauser apparatus with intrinsically safe or
Temperature class nonincendive display output circuits with output voltage and current
not exceeding the following levels:
Tambient Temperature class for FHX40 Voc or Uo £ 5.6 V
Isc or Io £ 1 A
+60 °C T6
2. Applicable installation drawing for Division 2 or Zone 2 installation
+75 °C T5 of the FM approved Endress+Hauser transmitter must also be followed
when installing this equipment.
