I request CHRIST (Deemed to be University) to cancel my admission to the programme Bachelor of Business
Administration - Honors / Bachelor of Business Administration - Honors.
 
I accept that if I do not post/courier/email the required documents within 7 days from submitting this application online to
the campus I was admitted to, the request for cancellation will not be processed. *
 
I accept that I will submit the original fee receipt, and loan letter (if taken) to the office for cancellation.
 
I accept that the rules for refund are only with respect to the Academic Course fee and in accordance with UGC Notification
on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates.

fully acknowledge that I shall not have any future claims against the University in respect of fees already paid by me (except
as per Refund policy of the University) or in respect of Original Documents returned to me at the time  of cancellation. I also
undertake that I shall not hold the University responsible in the matter of acceptability (by any other institution) of the
Transcripts and / or Certificates if any issued to me by the University. I also hereby accept the refund of the fees (if any)
