1 Identify requirements of the administrative system for managing the
invoices and quotation through consultation with system users (your
team) and other stakeholders (Your assessor) in accordance with
organisational procurement policy (Appendix 1).
a) You have identified that the business is currently using MYOB
accounting software however, you have realised your accounting
software needs to be on cloud (live data integration through
internet). Check with MYOB whether the data could be managed
lively with data entry or not?

requirements or modifications to be made to the system in
accordance with organisational policy and procedures

possible systems, including costs for both systems into your
report.
