Does this position provide guidance, instruction and direction to others? To whom? How is this done? Yes, it does. Typically the Account Manager would have a small team that he/she would manage for that account. This would include, inside sales staff and inventory management staff. This is done through constant communication with the team. As of right now, this does not pertain to my position so cant answer this question in full.
