Course Objectives:
1. To prepare the students for a successful career in Building Planning and Drawing.
2. To develop the ability among students to understand the requirement of Planning and Basic rules
and regulations applied Planning of Buildings
3. To provide students with a overall knowledge of National Building Code.
Course outcomes (after completion of this course the students are expected to be able to demonstrate following
knowledge, skills and attitudes)
(B) After successful completion, the students will be able to answer following questions:
1. Basic requirements of plan, orientation and requirements in buildings.
2. Be able to utilize the site plan map, set back requirements, service requirements in building.
3.The importance of local environmental conditions in the planning of buildings.

V. MAPPING OF COURSE OBJECTIVES & PROGRAM OUTCOMES


These relate to the skills, knowledge, and behaviors that Civil Engineering students
acquire in their study period through the program. Civil Engineering program must
have following outcomes:
a. An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering.
b. An ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data.
