This study entitled “Effects of Covid-19 Pandemic on Grade-12 Online Sellers at Asian
Institute of Science and Technology (AISAT)”. The respondents are Grade 12 Senior High
school student of Asian Institute of Science and technology (AISAT), Baliwag, Bulacan.
Ages 16 to 21 and currently enrolled in the said institution. This research study aims to assess
and find out answers on different problems that people nowadays are encountering. The
researchers make sure all data are valid from survey questionnaire they’ve conducted. The
researchers used “Closed questions”, it provides ordinal data (which can be ranked). This
often involves using a continuous rating scale to measure the strength of attitudes or
emotions. (*1-5 ratings) 1- Strongly disagree, 2- Disagree, 3 – Neutral, 4- Agree, and 5-
Strongly Agree. This type of questionnaire is for research purposes only. The data gathered
from survey questonnaire were quantifiable and converted into percentage. The study
concludes that there are 57% percent who are strongly agree that being an Online Sellers is a
big benefit during quarantine, 56% percent are agree, 48% percent for Neutral, 85% percent
for those students who are Disagree, and percent for Strongly Disagree..
ii. Dedication
This research paper is dedicated to our dear parents who have been supporting us
financially, they are cheering for us just to finish this study well. They are always there for us
if we feel lack of self-esteem in doing this research study. They are not getting tired of
waking up every day making sure that we are good and we always take care of ourselves.
They served as for being our supporter until this research was fully accomplished efficiently.
We are glad because they are one of those who help us if we are already tired and
experiencing lack of sleep. Also, this research study is dedicated for the students who helped
us out during those times that we are experiencing difficulties in the making of this study,
they helps a lot like they are the people who answered our surveys honestly and accurately.
To Mr. John Mark Angeles, (PR-2) for being reservoir of knowledge and he carefully teach
us detailed for every steps we must do in able for us to finish this research study. He was
there for us to make consideration in doing this paper and he always understand us if we are
not always submitting those needed requirements on time. And lastly, to Almighty God who
never fails to guide and keep us safe, who always gives us strength so that we can gain energy
just to do this research study. He gave us courage to be able to accomplish it.

Related study
The aim of the research was to identify the effects of covid -19 pandemic to the online
sellers at Asian Institute of Science and Technology (AISAT) in Baliwag, Bulacan. Due to
people’s lack of knowledge on the effects of covid -19 pandemic to the online sellers, they
can’t able to determine if it is perfect for them to be online seller and if they will be
successful in their business during quarantine. The sample of the study consisted only of
Grade 12 Senior High School Students. A well- designed questionnaire for grade 12 students
about the effects of this pandemic to the online sellers were used in the collection of data.
Those data will be gathered only from the respondents of this research study.
The data or information was first collected using the Formsapps they’ve used and later
the researchers analyzed using different tools for quantitative method such as tables and
charts. The results showed that they were agreed that it’s a great opportunity to be an online
seller and most online sellers were successful right now during pandemic.
Most of the online sellers do some adjustments from this time of pandemic in able for
their online business become successful and productive and most likely the reason why they
become an online seller is they want to an extra income even they stayed at home.
The significance of this related study leads to the researchers to identify the possible

processing of data is finished efficiently in able for the researchers to comprehend the
numerical data they’ve collected. They were focus on finding possible results or solutions to
the problem of their research study. The researchers treated the over-all data gathered and
interpreted into numerical form such as tables and percentage. They distributed the survey
questionnaire through the use of online method to keep their safety as well as their
respondents. They also figured out the output or the outcome of the study. The researchers
were able to find out the results of this study through the process they did and also the
treatment they used in able for them to get the exact results in their study. They also did some
step by step procedures on getting valid and reliable data from their respondents (Grade 12
Senior High School Students) at Asian Institute of Science and Technology (AISAT) in
Baliwag, Bulacan. They also used formulas and methods on getting the exact population they
need from this research study. One of the methods they applied in their study is analyzing
carefully all the summarized data gathered because it helps the researchers to easily conclude
possible answers that will be a key on solving the main problem of this study and that is to
identify what are the effects of covid-19 pandemic to the online sellers.
