2. Hold each other accountable -kindly (Call in vs. calling out)
3. Please wear your mask at all times unless to drink water.

5. Don’t be judgmental- we are all here to learn
6. Don’t jump to conclusions (have good intent)
7. Be courteous of everyone’s time
8. Be empathetic
9. Respect people’s opinions
10. Having a willingness to learn
11. Keep calm when discussing
12. Don’t invalidate others opinions and lived experiences
13. Be thoughtful of what you say
