Dangerous Style & way of warfare

Modern warfare has totally changed the style of war. It is dangerous than any other nuclear technology. Although missile and nuclear technologies still considered dangerous and devastating, every country is busy in developing different war tactics. United States is well ahead of this as well and HAARP is one of them. According to some experts, this is not a new concept but an old theory. Since 1960s, scientists are busy in conducting different types of test. Mainly it is for the military and defensive purposes. This technology is beneficial for the mankind as well. It could be used to increase food supply, repair the ozone layer or using rain in the drought affected areas. Sadly, current military agendas appear not to give much weight to these possible beneficial uses of the technology. Many of the experts consider recent earth quakes of Japan, Haiti and Chile due to the disturbances caused by HAARP. Chilean President already blamed US for Chilean disaster. Even some blamed the same technology for the Himaliyan flood disaster 2010. HAARP stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Like other programs, it was one of top secret program. Its considered of the one the star war programs. This program is conducted by many organizations within United States which includes universities besides military facilities. opened HAARP's research station in Gokona, Alaska in 1992 to gather data about the atmosphere and "radio propagation conditions." Origin of this idea is based on studies of physicist Bernard J. Eastlund's titled "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere" (US patent #4,686,605). To some extent, this patent is based on the works of Nikola Tesla, who first suggested that RF could transmit approximately 1 watt per cubic centimeter to any point on the planet without the use of wires. Thus, power can be generated on the ground and then sent through the air to the upper areas of the atmosphere miles above the surface of the planet.
