Ballroom Dance

1. Based on your experience in performing Ballroom Dance, how would you differentiate it from
popular or modern dance?

2. How important is Physical Education/ Physical Activities in the midst of pandemic?

Answers:

Based on my experience in performing ballroom dance, you need to find a partner first
for able to perform the dance. Dancers should be full of elegance and slow pace to catch the
attention of the viewers, the movement should always slow and graceful to complete the steps.
For me, the music of ballroom dance is one of the differences in the other popular dance, because
the music of ballroom dance is quite simply fabulous and it makes you want to dance and second
ballroom dance it’s hard for me, but this isn’t a bad thing. Learning and perhaps mastering things
that are hard is a part of the human conditions and dancing will present you with a lifetime of
learning opportunities. I really enjoy the ballroom dance when sir mark gives us a group activity
or individual activity. He teaches first the basic steps and then we will perform it.

Physical Activities can help to reduce weight and anxiety especially now we are pacing a
big problem and it was Covid-19. We are restricted to go outside, so most of the people cannot
perform their daily routine activities like, jogging, zumba, and gym. So therefore I suggest you
should continue this activity in your house there’s a lot of ways to be physically fit. Physical
Activities is important because it improves and increases your endurance because the entire body
is in full of motion. It builds up stamina, when your heart rate rises and your muscle stretch.

When you dance, you use parts of your body that you hardly use. If you dance on a regular basis,
you will notice that your stamina to dance for longer periods has increased and you don’t get
tired easily anymore. At last eat healthy foods and always sanitize your hands stay at home!
Keep safe everyone! And do not forget to Pray, we are always assured that God will continue to
protect us.
