I would like to have a refund of my money as soon as possible.

language in your complaint. Use Lan’s complaint as a model.

Dear Mr. Rosas

I write this email to tell you about a problem that I had with the order that I received from
your store. On November 30, I ordered one green skirt but unfortunately it did not fit me
and also the skirt's colour was different from what I saw on the web.
I called your customer service number, but I did not receive good attention and
information. The person who attended me did not explain to me the process for
exchanging my clothes.
I have shopped a lot of your products and they really like me, I believe they are good. But I
would like to get a refund for the skirt as soon as possible.
