 WE ARE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR

Plots – 250 sq. yard 1 BHK Fully Furnished cottages

Procedure to fill the application form:

 The applicants willing to participate in draw of lots: “Plots / 1 BHK Fully Furnished cottages
Residential apartments” will have to deposit the application amount of ₹.51,000/- as application
amount through a single banker Cheque/Demand Draft of any bank drawn in favour of
“Uttaranchal Club.” payable at UTTRAKHAND The single banker’s Cheque/Demand Draft have
to be presented along with the prescribed application form completed in all aspects.
 The application form should be signed in only by the applicant himself/herself, who wants to get
a Plots / 1 BHK Fully Furnished cottages Residential apartments by this application.
 For unsuccessful applicants, the entire fee will be refunded after deducting a processing fee of ₹
1000/- within 30 working days from the date of draw.
 For Government & Defence Employees Only ₹.51 000/- will be refunded to those whose name
will NOT be announced in the draw.
 Last date for the submission of application form is 30TH JULY 2022. Applications received after
the last date will not be eligible for the participation.
 Application form will not be accepted after closing date. In case it is found at any stage that the
issue date of payment instrument is after the closure of the scheme, the application would not
be processed and such cases the applicant would be solely responsible for the rejection of the
application.
 In one application form applicant can give only one preference.
 Application forms with overwriting/fluid will not be entertained. In case a person wants any
changes, it is advised to obtain and fill up a fresh application form.

I/we agree that this application in the up-coming project Uttaranchal Club. shall become definite only
after the due acceptance of the same by Uttaranchal Club. in writing and shall be subject to the terms
and conditions stipulated by Uttaranchal Club. at the time of such acceptance.
In the event of Uttaranchal Club. accepting my/our application to provisionally allot Plots / 1 BHK Fully
Furnished cottages, I/we agree to pay all the further instalments of the Total Sales Price and other dues
stipulated in the payment plan, and all other charges as applicable.
