NARRATIVE REPORT OF SPG DURING BRIGADA ESKWELA

Before the Modular Class starts preparation of school surroundings is the one to be taken care of.
School particularly teachers, stakeholders & others were given their individual task to do so. So is
Supreme Pupil Government. Officers were tasked to give updates and reports on the hazards they
encountered around the surroundings. They observed, roamed around and reported it to the NDRRM
Coordinator. Out of this they were able to see many dangers/hazards that a school had because of the past
typhoon or because it wasn’t replaced yet. They were taught on how to make and create a hazard map.
They were able it outline it and let the said coordinator approved it. This activity conducted was
conducted observing social distancing, wearing of mask and sanitizing as well. Afterwards they
coordinated with the SPG Advisers and reported the tasked they performed. The SPG Adviser &
NDRMM were the one who summed their works so to speak. Their tasks had limited exposures due to the
restrictions being upheld by the IATF.

SPG PARTICIPATION IN THE CLEAN & GREEN PROGRAM

“No tasks is too heavy if it will be shared by many”. Supreme Pupil Government asked the assistance
of the 4P’s since it is pandemic pupils were restricted to come to school.

The said organization coordinated Mrs. Shiela Barquilla, the 4P’s Coordinator if this would be possible
explaining the current situations of the many restrictions being implemented. She gave her 100% approval
and it was November 15, 2021 when her 4P’s members did their share. Many members came and
participated. They brought cleaning materials. It was a day full of fun for them because they did it with
love and tasks were easy enough to perform. Weeds, dirts were removed and burned. They were able to
put new plants, ornamental plants in particular. Because of this Pantao Elementary School were able to
maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the surroundings. Their untiring support and effort to the Supreme
Pupil Government meaned a lot to SPG since they were the one who took responsible in performing the
tasks of the SPG Officers.

Kodus to this members! May they still be visible and participative in the upcoming projects of SPG in
the coming months or so..
