team of more than 50 skilled designers frequently traveling abroad.
They work in close coordination with partners in Europe to produce shoes in line with latest
fashion trends. These designers coordinate with each other and keep themselves updated on the
latest changes in footwear designs throughout the world. In addition to this, the design teams
regularly conduct trend and marketplace analysis to understand changing requirements of the
market. As a contract manufacturer, our development team works closely with customers across
the world. We take pride in our capabilities for a quick turnaround time for samples.

The supply chain of Service Industries Limited is a world-wide network of suppliers,

factories, warehouses, and distribution centers through which raw materials are acquired,

transformed and delivered to customers.

In order to optimize performance, our supply chain function operates in a coordinated manner.
Supply chain management system is flexible enough to coordinate the revision of
plans/schedules across supply chain functions. The agility with which Servis supply chain is
managed at the tactical and operational levels in order to enable timely dissemination of
information, accurate coordination of decisions and management of actions among people and
systems, is what ultimately determine the efficient, coordinated achievement of company goals.

SERVIS:

Servis units are vertically integrated covering all functions from cutting, closing to lasting and
shoe finishing. We have automatic cutters, 6 DESMA machines (30 station) and 5 Gusbi
machines. Production lines are equipped with conveyor systems following lean production
philosophy. Servis engineering teams take pride in the fact that they form a layer of competitive
advantage for the company by lowering the product cost through production management. In
addition to the regular production engineering initiatives, we have PRET (Process re-engineering
teams) instituted who work closely with the material research and development teams to keep
rising raw material costs in control.

latest technological challenges.
2. Regularly visit machinery trade fairs in Europe to identify technological gaps.
