Ltd. * The grade wise sum insured under GPA policy is the same as per the GTL table above ‘* The GPA policy for employees excludes death benefit (as all employees are insured under Group Term Life Policy) but GPA policy for consultants/retainers includes death benefit 5. General Provisions a. The employees covered under these policies will continue to get the benefits until separation from service or completion of the policy period whichever is earlier. b. The premium payable by employees shall be recovered in 06 (six) instalments starting from August, 2022. In case of new joiners, premium would be recovered on pro-rata basis. 4.
