CHAPTER 1

A. Background

In line with the new era that has recently been widely disucussed both at home
and abroad, the company is one of the economies that plays a major role in
increasing national and international competitiveness in order to face era of the
world free market.
The purpose of holding internship is to make students more responsible and
disciplined in carrying out their duties and be able to work in their fields.

B. Internship goals

 Train students to be more responsible for carrying out tasks

 To add insight and deeper knowledge about the world of work
 As a comparative study between the knowledge gained from school with
the reality in the world of work
 So that students / I vocational high school graduates can immediately
work in accordance with their fields
 As one of the requirements for taking the exam and graduation

C. Benefit

 Producing professional human resources

 Introducing students or prospective workers to field work, both in
companies and in industry
 Add work experience
 Adding knowledge, especially knowledge that can’t be learned at school
 Training students to be more disciplined and responsible before entering
the world of preoffesional work
 CHAPTER 2

A. Contents

Practice time and place in prakerin activitas wich are carried out for 3 months
from February 1 2022 to April 30 2022 at the netebook boss Jl. Monument Yogya
again no.25 Yogyakarta. We do a lot many things we do.

 What we do during internship

1. Learn marketing
2. Setting bios for installation
3. Windows 7 installation
4. Hardisk partition
5. Check hard drive condition

 How internship work

1. Learn marketing

Not only do we study software and hardware in the internship tah t we

carry out, we also learn about marketing. So we are taught to accept
customers who come for service.
Buy accessories sell laptop / pc, etc

2. Setting bios for installation

 Turn on the computer / laptop

 Then press F2, F8, F11, F12, esc / del quickly to enter bios
 Then adjust as an example botting through the drive then place the
CD-room drive at the top on the boot menu
 Then save and edit the device will automatically restart
 After that you will see that command to press the boot button via
the CD-room drive then press any key to continue booting via the
CD-room drive
 CHAPTER 3

 Conclusion

After doing this internship activity, we got a lot of experience and knowledge, if
at school we were taught various kind of theories, now when the practical work
the theory will be used as a basis in carrying out practical activity

 Suggestion

We are aware that in carrying out this internship there are still many
shorthcomings, but we have implemented it optimally besides that this
internship report is also far from perfect. There fore constructive suggestion are
realy needed to improve the report which is still far from perfect.
