below.

Loan ID: ABC1234567

Loan Date: 01.04.2021
Loan Amount: Rs. 50 lakhs
Date of last interest payment: 01.07.2021

As per the RBI circular F&A/IN/678234 dated 23.04.2017, if the interest is not paid for a loan for three

Observations:

 The content needs to be enhanced – How? Reading such kind of letters is the only way
 You thought letter writing will be more relaxed with respect to time. But, it was not. It takes
time. Plus reviewing time was not enough. So next time be careful.
 Other than that, I think it is fine

Subject: Regarding application for a housing loan

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, EEE, am a customer of the SBI DDD bank for the last 12 years. I am writing this letter to you to apply
for a housing loan.

I am planning to purchase a land of 1200 square feet at the FFF residency and construct a house there.
The combined cost of it is estimated at Rs. 80 lakhs. As I am investing Rs. 15 lakhs on my own, I would
like to take a loan for the remaining Rs. 65 lakhs.

My credit worthiness can be established by the following facts. I work at the GGG infotech as a product
manager with an annual gross salary of Rs. 18 lakhs. I have attached the last month salary slip and the
Income Tax returns of the last three financial years as proofs of it. My credit score as per the credit
certification company CREDAI is 676 out of 700. I have attached the credit score certificate also.

If you are satisfied with the above, I will visit the bank branch and furnish the necessary documents to
initiate the process.

Kindly communicate your decision in this regard as soon as possible.

Sincerely,
EEE
