c. Vision and mission of The Ajinomoto Vietnam Company

4
"To develop decent, inexpensive spices and elevate simple yet healthful meals
to gourmet."
These are the words of Dr. Kikunae Ikeda, the Japanese scientist who
discovered umami more than a century ago. Ikeda discovered that glutamic
acid, an amino acid, is the primary component of umami. Ikeda's goal to
improve diets in Japan at the time, as well as his ambition to "make plain meals
a little bit tastier," led to the development of the umami seasoning AJI-NO-
MOTO®, which improves the taste of foods. "Based on a strong grasp of each
country's dietary patterns, to create deliciousness that promotes everyday
health," we say again.

III. Activities of the field trip
1. Visiting Tran Bien Literature Temple
At 7 a.m, we began our journey to the town's temple of literature. When we
arrived at 7:30 a.m., everyone got off the bus and formed a queue for each class
to take photographs with the professors for about 30 minutes. Following a free
photo session, each group split to shoot photographs in the Temple of Literature
and outside the Temple of Literature's gate.

2. Team Building
Team building began at 4 p.m., and everyone was required to disembark at 3
p.m. to prepare for the first extra-curricular activity. This extracurricular
activity is hosted by Mr. Nam. The instructor will meet with the leader of each
group for each game to explain how to play as well as how to compute the
outcomes of each game. The exercise is broken into four distinct games. Each
class is also divided into four groups, each of which is divided evenly such that
no groups overlap. And each group must have 8-10 people.
h. "Mother Bird" and "Baby Bird" was the first game. There was been 5 people
representing the mother bird and 5 people representing the baby birds who will
stand in a horizontal row on both sides of the yard. The mother and young birds
are facing each other. The cluster of labels is the most significant aspect of this
game. Each mother bird will take the label with a spoon and pass it to the
opposite side, where it will be placed in the baby's mouth. If you drop the label

6
in the middle of the road, you'll have to start over. The second game was eating
cake while hanging from a rope. Eating cakes on a string entails tying tube
cakes made of rice to a string and having each individual consume one cake.
That game is likewise divided into two halves, with players standing on
opposite ends of the field. You can have two people from different groups hold
the cake and stand on the other end. And ten players from the same playing
group will rush over and consume the cake. The side that finishes eating the ten
cakes first wins the game. The third game was finding fruit. The organizers did
not reveal the fruit in this case. And that group must discover any fruit and
return it to the organizers if it is accurate in order to win. The organizers of that
game have concealed grapefruit around for everyone to locate. The squad that
grabs a grapefruit the quickest and peels it off first wins. “The love egg” was
the last game. Each group will be given a number of eggs. One member of the
group will stand at the opposite end of the field, collecting eggs with a shirt.
The remainder of you will not remain on the outskirts of this field. Two persons
will place their cheeks on the egg to transport it to the opposite side, where the
egg will be caught. Points will be deducted if you drop an egg in the middle of
the road. The group with the most eggs will win.
After four games, there was a debate, but Mr. Nam analyzed the footage and
made the most equitable verdict for the winning team. On the night of the gala,
the results will be revealed and the prizes will be given in person.
3. Camp Fire
We started going to the yard to prepare for a bonfire at about 7:15 after dinner.
This is the second extracurricular activity of the day. The MC hosts mini-games
during the campfire's warm-up period. Then, at 8:30 p.m., Mr. Nam started the
campfire by lighting a blaze in the center of the yard, and everyone gathered in
a large circle around the fire. Around the fire, people sing and dance together.
Then everyone sat
down, and Mr. Nam
explained why the
campfire was lit that
day. So that everyone

7
may unwind, reflect on what they have learned and accomplished over their
three years at our institution, and aspire to graduate on time.
4. Fashion show
Each class created their own costumes and had a performance around the
campfire. The goal is for individuals to learn about different cultures. Class A
shows off eight recycled outfits. Following the performance of the national
costume, the entire class started to dance in front of the judges. Class C danced
and performed Vietnamese Ao Dai. Class D also completed their ethnic
costumes and danced around the fire.
The judges then reacted, and Mr. Nam proclaimed the conclusion of the fashion
presentation.
5. Cooking contest
After the fashion display, the cookery competition begins. The organizers set
the qualifications, and everyone must satisfy them in order to win. Meat, eggs,
beans, maize, and sweet potatoes are all baked meals. The group that submits
last will lose one point.
6. BBQ
Following the completion of the events, each group stretched out their own
canvas and began baking and eating together. Grilled meat is pre-seasoned and
prepared. Each group received coal, soft drinks, beer, and ice from the judges.
People gather to talk and enjoy an outside barbecue party. Finally, socialize
with other groups before cleaning up.
7. English contest
The final activity at Da Lat's flower garden is an
English presentation. Our third day in Da Lat was in
the afternoon. The lecture begins at 3 p.m. Mr. Nam
and Ms. Ngoc explained how to participate and what
the presentation was about. Each class selects 5
students to present using the English idioms guessing
game. Everyone attempts to figure out which idiom is
correct. The presentation was over at 5 p.m. On the
gala night, Mr. Nam announced the contest results.

8
8. Walking
Walking around half of Xuan Huong Lake is the fourth extracurricular activity.
The Artichoke monument in Da Lat's center is the destination. Everyone,
including four classes, will pose for a group shot. Then each class separated and
took their own photo as a keepsake.

V. Lesson learned
1. Benefits of the field trip
Make new pals:
Extracurricular activities are one of the simplest methods to meet new people.
Every extracurricular activity she participates in provides her with another
opportunity to broaden her network. Furthermore, if I make friends and become
close to individuals through extracurricular activities, I will feel more attached
to the extracurricular trip in which I engage.
Establish future objectives:
Extracurricular activities provide me the opportunity to explore myself, identify
hobbies and passions, and so broaden my worldview and grow myself into a
better version of myself. superior to your own Furthermore, this is an
opportunity for me to ask questions concerning my future professional path.
Assist in the enhancement of academic performance:
This vacation helped me focus and improve my time management abilities. I
actively created and split an acceptable itinerary for fully participating in
extracurricular activities throughout the vacation.
2. Draw back
As a result of the aforementioned journey, I consider myself to be a person who
is still pretty timid and quite shy when engaging with others. While I go to
extracurricular activities, I am still rather passive and insecure when engaging
in games or conversing with others. I believe I should strive to conquer my
phobia, meet some new acquaintances, and be more confident in public. My
weakness is health issues, which makes visiting certain areas tough. I get sick
when engaging in activities like everyone else, thus I occasionally miss out on
seeing intriguing places.
3. Lessons learned from the trip
Everyone we encounter has something to teach us:
I found that if I was willing to listen to someone, I could learn a lot from them.
This extracurricular trip was about more than just visiting places of interest.
Enjoy some delectable cuisine. It is also about living, empathizing with life, and
understanding that no matter what occurs, we are still living very well.

12
Recognize the genuine worth of friendship:
I spent some time thinking about my friends and connections. That was just
enough time for me to realize if I was truly connected to those friends. I went
on this extracurricular trip with a bunch of close friends, and it was really
significant to me. The time we spend together in order to truly bond. That is
simply magnificent. For one thing, the significance of a vacation is determined
not by where you go, but by who you go with.
4. Recommendation
I hope you will be more serious about carrying out activities and taking
measures to discipline pupils who do not follow the rules throughout the trip.
because I observe some friends who have not strictly followed the restrictions,
such as utilizing a mobile phone while participating in one day off smartphone
activities.

VI.

13
VI. Conclusion
Throughout the trip, I was thankful to the professors for providing us with the
opportunity to learn and equip them with more valuable knowledge; it also
helped us better focus our quest. Looking for a career in the future is ideal for
your major. Although the limits are minor, I would want to mention them so
that the professors may be better prepared for the next trip and the students of
the next course can travel to more destinations and learn more. Useful for better
equipping future service members. This trip brought back a lot of memories
from my school days; the things that I and my classmates did together were so
much fun; everything was a great memory for me. Beautiful memories that I
will never forget; writing here, I recall how happy and moving that time was. I
wish time could be reversed so we could live and burn all over again.
