SUBfECT: FILTING UP THE U.S. QUOTA FOR FISCAL I,EAR 2019:2020

WHEREAS, the United States ofAmerica has allocated forthe Philippines an initial quota
of L42,\60.00 Metric Tons Raw Value (MTRV) or 736,207.00 Metric TonJCommercial Wlight
(MTCW) for Fiscal Year 2019-ZAZ0;

WHEREAS, Certificate for Quota Eligibility tcQE) will be issued to the Philippines to ship
any volume of raw sugar at any given time/period as part of our regular-illocation of
136,201.00 MTCW within the Fiscal year 2019-ZOZO;

WHEREAS, it is in the national interest that the'FlEt Gome-Ftret Served' poltcy of

allocatingthe u.s. Quota among sugar traders/exporters shal appry;

WIIEREAS, there is a need to ensure that the full quota is achrally shipped to the United
states after the verificaflon of"A" quedans has been

NOW, THEREFORE, under and byvirtue of the authorityvested in the Sugar Regulatory
Administration (SRA), it is hereby ordered that:

Secdon 1' C,overage of Verlftcaffon. "A" or U.S. Quota sugar quedan-permits of Crop
Year 2019-2020 and previous Crop Years fregular or swapped) are etigible for virification.

Sesdon 2. 'A" Sugar Declared for U.S. Quota Allocafron. Sugar traders and/or
exporters are hereby advised to apply with the SRA for export allocations and to attach thereto
the aforesaid quedan-permits for verification/processing in order to fill up the allocations of the
U.S. Sugar Quota for Fiscal Year 2019-ZOZO.

2.1 The U.S. Quota Allocation for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 shall be allocated among the
sugar exporters on a "First Come-First Served" basis. Likewise, all sugar
' shipments to the u.s. shall be made on a'Flnst-In, Flrst-ouf basis.
2,2 In the event the exporter shall have sold his verified "A" quedan.permits to
another party, the allocation of the said is deemed

2.3 All fees and charges due the SRA for the processing of documents relative to the

 Sec{ron 3. Effecdvlty. This Sugar Order shall take effect immediately upon publication.

Secdon 4. Per{od of Coverage. The period of coverage of this Sugar Order shall be
ftom October 1, 2019 to Septembet 30,2020.

Secdon 5. Gonslsbncy. Provislons of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, andlor otler

rules and regulations contrary to or lnconsistent with this Sugar order, are hereby amende4
modiffed or revoked accordlngly.
