LAMPAS PERALTA, J.:

After a careful and judicious study of the respective arguments


of petitioners in their motion for reconsideration 1 of the Court's
Decision dated July 20, 2022,2 and private respondent in his
comment/opposition3 to the motion, the Court is not swayed to
reconsider. The matters raised by petitioners in their motion had
been considered, weighed and passed upon by the Court in said
Decision. The motion thus fails to present any new and substantial

matter, or any cogent and compelling reason which would justify


reconsideration of the Court's ruling.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is denied for lack
of merit.
