Chicken meals, vegan meals, drinks,


treats, twisters, and salads are the
products that KFC has. It is chicken
produced fresh every day in its
restaurants under the supervision of
skilled cooks. It does not use
artificial colors, flavor additives or
trans fats in its products. It has
worked hard for a long time to ensure
that its goods contain low levels of
salt, fat, sugar, and calories. However, many people stay away from
fast food over health concerns. In some countries, it provides Halal
food (food approved by the Halal Food Authority) to Muslim customers
in several countries. In the United Kingdom, Halal food is available
in 130 of the countries over 900 establishments. In India, it also has
a good selection of vegan options. Jollof rice is available in
Nigeria, while ugali is available in Kenya (a type of porridge). These
instances show that KFC is responding to the demands and needs in
certain markets very well.

partners, KFC has developed home delivery options as well. For
instance, customers in the UK can order online and get their meals
delivered via Uber Eats, Just East, and Deliveroo. Similarly, in the
United States, KFC collaborates with a variety of companies, such as
McDonald’s. Uber eats and DoorDash are the two of the most popular
food delivery services. It believes that delivery has a big potential
and therefore, took appropriate steps to avail of the opportunity.

KFC has been using its ‘Finger


Lickin Good’ slogan very well for a
long time. However, to reflect the
market situation in 2002, the
phrase was temporarily eliminated.
Similarly. One of its commercials
was banned because it had a pun
that sounded too much like a swear
word (Knapman, 2019). In addition
to employing traditional media for
its advertising campaigns, KFC is
also very active in social media.
KFC has 56 million followers on its
official Facebook page. However, in its Instagram page has only 1.6
million followers.

lot of money in technology for the
purpose of employee training and
development. It is connected to the

personnel. It should be noted,

is a "more modern take" on the
KFC's signature red and white
colors. Colonel Sanders' head will
still adorn the buckets, sandwich
wrappers and cups, but the
refreshed designs will more closely
imitate its original signature
bucket. The packaging is also
becoming slightly more environmentally
friendly. KFC said it worked with
Sustainable Forestry Initiative and Forest Stewardship Council to develop
approved paperboard that can be recycled.
It's the newest announcement from KFC. Last year, it rolled out a new
restaurant design and this year it has added new menu items, like a
flagship chicken sandwich that has performed well.
In recent months, Burger King and McDonald's also released new and
more modern packaging to keep customers engaged.

that customers perceive KFC food
products to be very testy. KFC
offers customers freshly produced
foods that they can eat wherever
they want at the same quality.
KFC food products have a very
reasonable pricing in most of the
places. But their pricing differs
from country to country. Target
customers of KFC have an age
group of 4-50 years. KFC promotes itself as a brand whose food
products made be enjoyed as a family or in a social setting. They
place a premium on instilling favorable thoughts and memories and
positive about their products. You have to think of someone when you
think about KFC.
