freshly made unsweetened yogurt, this will have active bacteria that
can be used for your next yoghurt. The life span of your recultured
yoghurt is 7 days after which it is no longer active. And note that
inactive starter or culture will not make your yoghurt form properly.

yummy parfait or healthy combination. Below is how to make Granola
at the comfort of your home.
ITEMS NEEDED TO MAKE GRANOLA
Oats,
sweetener (HONEY OR Maple Syrup)
Oil
nuts or dried fruit.
Coconut chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up your non-stick pot or oven to low heat
Ensure your pan is lined with foil paper
Mix your oats with a little oil with honey, a pinch of salt and
other dry fruits you want to add.
Spread and mix thoroghly.
Pour the coated oat into your pot or baking pan
Bake or heat on low heat till brown and crunchy
