Board of Directors : uses legal and constitutional rights in accordance with the terms and

conditions of the company to administer and oversee GBI's activities in Germany and the
United States.
Given that John and Davis both own businesses and are planning to merge, one of them will
be in charge of each department as decided by the Company's Member Committee at the
Board of Directors meeting based on a capability assessment and task management.
VP Marketing (Vice President Marketing) : is divided into the VP of Brand Development and
the VP of Digital Marketing departments. The major responsibility of the vice president of
marketing is to serve as the organization's spokesperson and work with other divisions to
promote the company's goods and services. The vice president of marketing might look into
and make hires for crucial positions inside the company in addition to the aforementioned
obligations.
Chief Finance Officer : is considered as GBI's brain; in addition to overseeing its finances and
outlays, the CFO analyzes and assesses the company's potential using financial statements to
generate discussion and provide long-term strategic counsel. Additionally, the CFO needs to
work with other companies to understand each agency's payables (HR department, marketing
department,...)
Chief Information Officer : The section in charge of GBI's IT and AI sectors is called CIO. In
order to attain the highest degree of corporate performance, the CIO is in charge of creating
and managing information systems inside the company.
VP Human Resources : Everyone is probably familiar with HR, and GBI's HR is no different.
Employee recruitment, planning, and policy implementation are some of GBI HR's
responsibilities for maintaining human resources. resources for the company as well as a plan
to develop and strengthen each department's and people' capacity to carry out responsibilities
in the most effective way. The recruitment department of GBI is primarily responsible for the
following tasks:
- Recruiting human resources, conducting interviews, and drafting candidates supervision
processes
- Create work contracts, health and social coverage plans, and employee compensation plans.
- Evaluate staff capability using monthly KPIs to recommend promotion or personnel rotation.
- Plan training and development, suggest pay schemes to assist retain talented employees, plan
yearly activities, promote corporate culture, and a code of conduct for GBI participants
VP Research and Development : is the person who oversees and manages all aspects of
creating and improving products, doing analytics, and creating a suitable development
strategy for the product based on the available information. Appropriate R&D must stay
current with project-related knowledge, monitor market trends, and use consumer research to
solicit ideas for product development. The VP of Operations is responsible for overseeing
GBI's manufacturing procedure as well as its internal and external tasks, attempting to
persuade direct reports to accept a petition for investment / discontinuation of investment or
some equivalent orders, advising on design and production exercises, and informing
departments about new products so that agencies can carry out their duties.
