Q1
TIP 1 undo
We can undo our action done on picture by pressing and hold ctrl + Z on the keyboard. But if we want to
undo our multiple action then by pressing ctrl + alt + Z. in the first picture I made changes but in the
other I undo them for the default picture. The difference can be seen in the picture with the help of
short cut undo keys.

TIP 2: Zoom tool

in the video they told us about Zoom in, Zoom out, Fit
application frame and Zoom to 100%

Zoom in can be done by pressing Z button on the keyboard,

a zoom in sign will be shown on the screen with the + sign
on it and with the help of moue we can zoom in anywhere
we want

Zoom out can be done by press and hold alt + click on the
screen we can see the + sign will change into the – sign on
the screen

Fit Application frame can be done by pressing and hold

ctrl + Alt + press 0.
Zoom to 100% will convert to picture size off 100% over the display which can be done by pressing and
hold Ctrl + press 1.

Tip 3 Maneuvering
This can be done by clicking on the space bar on the
keyboard to bring the hand arrow which help to move
around the picture were ever we want to click the
picture.

Tip 4: Layer tips and Shortcuts

Select a particular area to Move the bird by pressing V
then select on the layer we want to move.

We can also create a duplicate layer by clicking to the

bird and we can also create a Quick Copy object by
pressing and hold Alt + click and drag the object in the
picture.

New layer can be created by pressing and hold Ctrl +

press and hold Shift + press N from the keyboard, and
then select the layer we want to select.

Delete Layer can be done by clicking on the picture and

then press backspace bar in the keyboard.

Select multiple layers can be done by pressing and hold

shift + click and then press V and move where ever we
want to move the object in the picture area.

Grouping Multiple can be done by select the multiple

layers on the right side of the screen and the press and
hold Ctrl + G button on the screen.

Tip 5. Aligning Select

the object the one to be align then press and hold Ctrl + click on the top of the screen there will be Align
menu and select any of the option you want to select.

Tip 6: Show Guide

We can display the show guide by pressing and hold Ctrl + press; on the keyboard.

Layers are the transparent foulder which are used for
managing the picture and the content over each layer.
The layers consist of picture or any text on each layer but
are displayed as a one image. The text displays on the
top even it is on the lower panel. Layers allows we to
move the object even to hide. Change the colour tone
without affecting the text on the layer, we can also hide
and lock the layer. To hide we have to click on the eye
icon on the layer panel.

If we add all the works on one layer he file will become

heavily it will become difficult to open the image or it
might not open in some devices.

The marguee tool
The marguee tool is one of the most basic and the most useful selection tool in the Photoshop. This
selection tool is used for drawing the geometric shapes such as rectangle circle shapes. First we have to
click on the left side of the screen on the rectangular Marguee tool and the select the shape that we
want. The simply click and drag to mouse in the picture to create the shape which will be in dashed box.
Then that area can be used to do any art designing but first we should add a new layer so that the work
will not be mixed with the other.

This tools works the same as marguee tools in terms

of making selection but it gives more flexibility to
make selection in detail as we can draw anything we
want It can be found under the margee tool on the
left side of the screen

With the help of this we can draw a line with the

help of point. We can make selection with point to
points and the line with join the other point we want
and when we are done the dash line will appear.

This tool work as a magnet, can be used for picture

with detailing as we will outline the shape the line
will connect to it as a magnet.

We can use this tool by clicking on the left side of the

screen and also by pressing on W from the
keyboard.first press V key to activate the move tool,
it is used to select the area with the same colour or
the colour we want to select together

The Photoshop provides many different type of pen
tools such as curvature pen, Standard Pen, Freedom
pen and Magnetic Pen. Curvature Pen tools lets us
draw straight lines and curves. Standard pen tool lets
us draw curvy lines and straight segment with great
perfection. Freeform pen tool allows us to draw just
the way we want in any shape or just like we are
drawing on a paper. With the help of Magnetic pen, we can select the edge of the picture and it will
outline to whole shape.

The adjustment Layers in the Photoshop is very
useful tool which is used to change the colour or
adjust the tone of the picture and many other editing
features can be done without permanently changing
its pixels.
