Certification Process:

Every associate should take the MANDATORY CERTIFICATION on their assigned track within 15 days
from training completion date
Your enrollment for certification in Learning Request Tool (LRT) will be done through the backend
and you will receive an e-mail along with the voucher number (wherever applicable) and the education link
where you can enroll and take up the exam
Post clearing the certification, It is mandate that to close the request in LRT as well as upload the certificate
in MyCertification portal.

Steps to register and upload the certificate in MyCertification application
Log into the MyCertifications application at ibm.biz/mycertifications using your w3 ‘Single-
Sign On’ (SSO) credentials.

Certification
Review the certification in your personal dashboard and upload the certificate under “Add
Certifications” by filling Vendor name, Certification, Certification Title
After uploading the certificate, associate must fill the W3
form for tracking the completion status

 Voucher and AMEX Card usage related guidelines

All certification exams should mandatorily be taken by using your IBM Intranet ID ONLY.
Usage of personal e-mail IDs is not allowed and if used, will make the reimbursement claim
ineligible. Also, it will be treated as a non-compliance to policy guidelines and will invite
appropriate HR actions.

CIC Prime
No show policy: Practitioners who do not attend the exam post scheduling the exam are
treated as No Show. Those cases will be reported to Compliance / HR Team for their
appropriate action which will impact on your checkpoints as well

Certification Please ensure to reimburse your American Express Card Payments (spends related to
certification exams) only after obtaining necessary approval from L&K Team, if no
approvals were taken then AMEX outstanding payments will have to borne and settled by

the employee.
Voucher code AND Claim code is not transferable and shouldn't be shared with anyone.
Any misuse is a BCG violation that will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
L&K will submit non-compliance cases to Business Controls Team for audit and list will be
handed over to center leadership for further action.
If you have any certifications associated to your personal id from your previous
organization or otherwise, please link your personal id in MyCertification portal for your
record validation - https://mycertifications.v6fusion.com/
 Things to note:
Reimbursement will be applicable only to Personal card usage
For IBM Cloud certification, the amount will be reimbursed despite failing in 2 attempts.
Rest of the certification wherever is AMEX card is required, the amount will be reimbursed
only clearing the certification.
